Admissions

You can find lots of information about our school through this website.

We are delighted to be able to hold an open morning on Saturday 9th December 2023 between 10.00am - 12noon. This is an opportunity for parents to ask any questions or queries, to see around our wonderful school and to chat to the staff. We are providing a further opportunity to visit our school on Tuesday 9th January 2024 between 2.00-3.00pm for anyone unable to attend in December.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries that you may have. Our School Office hours are Monday-Friday 9.15am - 12.45pm.

Applications for the admission of children for 2024/2025 school year will be taken in line with the process for admissions from the Department of Education.

All verification documents should be uploaded via the online application portal. Please do not bring verification documentation to the school office. Once you have submitted your application online, you will be prompted by the EA online system to upload your verification documents.

Knockbreda Nursery offers full time places (School hours are 8.30am - 1.00pm). The Hub Club offers extended after school provision from 1.00pm to 3.00pm for pupils (during term time and in line with all school closures/ early finishes).

Important information about the 2024 admissions procedure:

Applications should be made through the Education Authority’s online application portal. Information in relation to the process is published by the Education Authority on their website here.

The online portal will be open for applications between 9th January 2024 12noon until 26th January 2024 at 12noon . Supporting documentation must to be provided to the setting selected as first choice . In order to minimise the footfall on school grounds, the Education Authority has introduced an online process for the provision of supporting documentation and Benefit verification on their website.
